The QuickEscape(TM) ; Emergency Escape Ladder by Bold Industries is the only Underwriters Laboratories UL Classified escape ladder in the world. Quick Escape is a strong, light weight portable escape ladder with industrial strength ladder hooks that fit over most window sills so you can safely escape a fire. Quick Escape ladders come in 12 foot and 20 foot lengths to escape from second or third story windows. All include ladder stand offs for the stability. UL Classified QuickEscape 12 Ft. Fire Ladder Features: UL classified (SA9656) Optional: Plastic "sleeved" chains for tangle-free, easier deployment. ( Not on this standard 12 ft. Ladder ) 18 Gauge Steel ; 2/0 Double Loop Chain. Rungs tested to 450 pounds per rung. Steel, slip-resistant rungs are grooved and heavy duty for added safety. Displaces 25 lbs. per sq. ft. Supports over 1000 pounds. Stand offs on EVERY rung to stabilize ladder during descent. Stand offs can be customizedEasy to install standoffs (for every rung) help stabilize ladder during descent. Last rung a different color. Step width: 12" wide. Bright red window sill handles fit walls or window sills: Up to 10". Bi-lingual (English ; Spanish) vinyl instruction card affixed permanently to last ladder rung.
