I purchased this product with hopes of the children enjoying it before school started. Unfortunately, the pump is not that powerful and the water wouldn't clear up even though the chlorine and PH levels were excellent. Two days later the pump just stopped working. I called the Customer Service number and was told to fax the invoice to the company and they would mail me a new pump. I seem to be getting the run-around and still no pump has come in the mail. Guess the kids won't be able to swim after all =(

I am very happy with the pool, however I was expecting blue as shown on the web site, I opened it and found it was tan on the outside and white inside, That is no big deal but I was expecting blue. Also when my order was received on your web site the same pool had been reduced to $258.00. once again no big deal. I figure as big as you all are you would have it better together.
I'll keep an eye on the pump!
