I bought the Pearl based on the advise of a firefighter. Installation was quick and fairly simple. Total installation time was about 1 hour and that included caulking and testing. I am very satisfied with it and it gives me a peace of mind knowing I can use it to have the kids practice and then just repack it. Alot of the other products are one time use only and I want my kids to feel comfortable using this ladder before there is an emergency.
